Terms & privacy.
The short version: your brief is used to talk to you about your project, and for nothing else.
What we collect
Your email address (used to sign you in and to reply), the contact details you choose to add, the content of your brief, and any documents and links you attach as supporting material. Your acceptance of these terms is recorded with the brief.
What it is used for
Assessing and responding to your enquiry and providing Dopesource Media’s services. Your brief is sent to the Dopesource Media team and stored so we can refer back to it while working with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not disclose it for purposes unrelated to your project.
Documents you upload
Files you attach are read in your browser to draft the brief, and the originals are uploaded so the team can open the document itself rather than our reading of it — a deck or a brand guideline is usually more useful whole.
They are stored privately: there is no public address for them, and they are reached only through a signed link in the email sent to the Dopesource Media team, which expires with the file. We use them to understand and deliver your project, and for nothing else. We do not use your documents to train any machine-learning model.
How long we keep it
Uploaded documents are deleted 90 days after you upload them, automatically and whether or not the brief was ever submitted. The text of your brief is kept beyond that so we can refer back to a project we are working on with you, until you ask us to delete it.
Remove a file from the form before you submit and it is deleted straight away.
Who processes it
Like most websites, we rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run this service: our hosting and storage provider (Vercel) and our email delivery provider process your data on our behalf, strictly to host this site, store your brief and documents, and deliver the emails described above.
Deletion
Ask and we delete, ahead of the schedule above. Email will@dopesourcemedia.com (or simply reply to any email about your brief) with your brief reference or the email address you signed in with, and we will delete your brief, your uploaded documents and associated details from our records.
Consent
Submitting a brief requires ticking the acceptance box on the brief form. That acceptance — the version of these terms and the time you accepted — is stored together with your submission.
